POLICE have charged a man with the murder of a 38-year-old who collapsed in McDonald's. Daniel Allsop was found fighting for his life inside the restaurant in Blackpool after he was seriously assaulted. He was raced to hospital where tragically he died in the days that followed. SALISBURY has been named as the best place to live in the UK - a year after the Novichock poisoning attack.
Judges said the Wiltshire city showed a "real collective spirit" after the incident which dominated global headlines.
